Returns and Refunds
My Kids Clothing understands that sometimes when you purchase online it can be difficult to tell if the sizing or colour is correct. We will always try to provide you with as much information as possible on each item, however if you need extra information please email us at: email@example.com.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept a return if you have changed your mind.
My Kids Clothing has a 14 day returns policy. If your items are not the right size and need to be returned and exchanged please email firstname.lastname@example.org we will advise you where to send your package to. Any clothing returned to us must still have all tags and labels attached, must have been unused and in the same condition you received it in.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Should an incorrect delivery address be given and your parcel is delivered to the address you provided, we will do everything we possibly can to help you locate your parcel. Unfortunately if your parcel can not be located, My Kids Clothing, holds no responsibility for replacing or refunding your purchase where the customer has supplied an incorrect address.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange socks, underwear or swimwear.
All clothing sold by My Kids Clothing is thoroughly checked for any faults before being shipped. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please email us at email@example.com. We will take it from there. We will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act. In the first instance we will try and repair the fault. Should we deem the item irreparable we will replace it. If we are unable to repair or replace, we will refund.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
