Shipping Update

We are currently experiencing Shipping Delays. I am monitoring all parcels that have left on the courier and we are starting to see delays of 2+ days. Please note that once a parcel leaves on the courier, it is out of my control as to when it is delivered.
NZ Post have more information here on their Network Indicator page. https://www.nzpost.co.nz/.../delivery.../network-indicator This is showing that there are delays across most of NZ and in particular our Hamilton customers are experiencing the longest delays. As more and more people become infected with covid, we will see more delays.
At the top of our front page on the website is a banner, this banner displays order timeframes. I have my current processing time of your orders as being 3-4 business days. This is how long it may take me to pick and pack your order. The banner also states to please allow for shipping delays at this time.
As this is an ever changing situation, I am not in a position to promise an exact timeframe or date that parcels will be delivered. Please note that there are no urgent or guaranteed overnight courier options available. I would advise that if you need a parcel for a special occasion that you please consider ordering as early as you can.
Lastly, a big thank you to everyone who is placing an order and supporting my business at the moment. It is truly appreciated and I love seeing the items that you are choosing for your children.
