Covid-19 Information - Level 2
We are a safe business to shop with. We have followed the government guidelines and implemented several new protocols during Level 4 to ensure we can continue to operate safely.
Safety - Level 2
- Frequently washing our hands and sanitising them before wrapping each parcel.
- We will be regularly cleaning the work station used to wrap parcels.
- All parcels will be held for the courier in an area that is safe for them to collect from. All courier containers will be disinfected each day.
Shipping and Delivery - Level 2
- Our courier has advised they have had a huge increase in parcel collections and deliveries. Please expect delays with your parcel being collected from us and delivered to you.
- We will not be sending business cards, loyalty cards or chocolate with your parcels. You will receive a personal email, which will contain your loyalty code.
- Your tracking details and personal email will be sent after your parcel has left on the courier.
- Some of our items come wrapped in their own plastic bag, if this is the case we will send like this instead of opening and wrapping in tissue paper - this will minimise our contact with your clothing. Items that do not come in their own plastic bag will still be wrapped in tissue paper to protect them.
- Once you have received your item, please check the sizing looks right and then wash, according to washing instructions, before allowing your children to wear.
- As with Levels 3 and 4, there will be no sale items during this time and our shipping will still be a flat rate of $6 NZ wide and Free Shipping over $75. No international deliveries during this time.
- Our current processing time is approximately 2 business days. Once your item is on the courier please allow for delays for delivery.
